MOIST CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES with Vanilla Buttercream

Assalamualaikum
Isnin yang ceria & segar bugar yer..no lazy2..no Monday bluesss ok..seceria my cute cupcakes kat bawah ni..

meh makan kapkek ni, rasa cuppies ni moist & lembut gebu, Cuma bila dah masak tu, ambik seketul rasa panas2 suam lagi masa tu, saya kurang gemar akan rasa soda dalam cuppies ni, mungkin lepas ni kalau nak buat lagi kena kurangkan sikit soda, tapi kan, bila dah letak buttercream takde lak rasa soda tu, lepas sehari jadi sedap pulak..agaknya memang camtu kot kan..sape tahu jawapan tolong bagitahu yer..

Puan CK (Cik Kiah??) kata sedap, sebab Ana bawa cuppies ni masa bertandang kat banglo beliau semalam, nak buat kek karamel tak sempat, hulur apa yang ada jela..yang hangin sikit anak kita yang terlebih emo bila tengok cuppies ni kat meja CK, nak makan, buruk siku kan..hehe..

"Ada yang mesej tanya, macamana nak letak edible image atas kek/kapkek, kita cuma perlu gunting gambar edible yg kita nak, sapu ganache ataupun buttercream atas kek kita tu, kemudian buka pelekat edible kat belakang dia tu, terus tampal kat kek, kalau kek/kapkek kita tak rata@bermasalah, anda boleh cairkan coklat masakan putih(hitam pun boleh je), sapu rata kat belakang gambar edible, biarkan keras sikit, baru letak atas kek yg dah disapu ganache/buttercream. Cara ini lebih cantik terletaknya edible image kita."


Nah resepinya, malas nak translate, korang semua dah teror omputeh ni kan..nanti rajin Ana update dlm bahse Jawa ok..*yela tuw..


MOIST CHOCOLATE CUPCAKES with Vanilla Buttercream

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar (not packed)
  • 1 3/4 cup flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder 
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 cup milk 
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup boiling water

METHOD :
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees farenheit.  
  • Fill muffin pans with 24 cupcake liners.  
  • Sift dry ingredients into a mixing bowl.  (I recommend a batter bowl to easily pour the batter into the cupcake liners).  
  • Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.  
  • Beat with a mixer for about two minutes, occasionally scraping the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula.  
  • Add the boiling water, and beat, just until blended.  (Don't be alarmed - the batter appears watery).  Evenly ladle (or pour) the batter into the liners.  
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the center of the cupcakes spring back when lightly touched.  
  • Cool and frost.

Vanilla Buttercream Frosting 
**Ana tak buat yg ni, guna resepi lain(kendian update)

Perfectly sweet, but not overly so, and light and creamy just like you'd want on a cupcake.
  • 1/3 cup butter, just slightly cooler than room temperature
  • 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar 
  • 2-4 tablespoons milk, depending on desired consistency
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla 
  • food coloring, if desired
METHOD :
  • Beat butter in a medium-sized mixing bowl until creamy.  
  • Gradually beat in 3 cups of the powdered sugar.  
  • Beat in milk and vanilla.  Blend in remaining 1/2 cup powdered sugar.  
  • If desired, tint with food coloring.  (For the perfect pastel colored frosting, only 1 drop of food coloring is necessary).
 
Ops..rupa dalam kek cawan ni lupa nk letak, nantila yer..tapi yg pasti anak2 mmg suka & berebut pilih corak dan gambar tu..macamla lawa sgt ummi diaorang ni nyonteng cuppies tu..hehe..
